This USMD Jacket is crafted from a 14 oz. Natural Mud Dyed Twill Chino Cloth developed and loomed exclusively for T.T in Japan, which has been mercerized for a luxurious finish and structured drape. Reimagined from yesteryear with refinement, this cloth is Dorozome mud dyed in the local iron-rich soil baths of the small island of Amami Oshima using completely natural extracts derived from the native Japanese Hawthorne tree for a piece that is one-of-a-kind and will evolve with the wearer. Guided by the Applied Archaeology ethos and Taiga Takahashi archives, this piece resurrects a relic of the past to serve as an artifact of the future by blending aesthetic principles rooted in Japanese concepts of craftsmanship and beauty.
