Promotions & Discounts
Division Road does not offer discounts for first-time customers, free shipping, or free returns. Instead, we dedicate our resources to informative tools on our website, a professional customer service team, and high-level presentation and procedural standards.
The heritage-based niche in which Division Road operates has a significantly lower margin compared to most of the retail market. When you buy goods from Division Road, you’re not paying for a marketing budget, sponsorship, or an inflated price built for discounting. When purchased at fair retail prices, our products provide immense value in quality, craftsmanship, and materials.
Collaboration Investment
Most of our offerings are collaborations exclusive to Division Road, and we invest heavily in designing these products, including developing new patterns and production details, and often sourcing materials directly from mills or tanneries. When sourcing premium fabrics or leathers, we do not follow the standard practice of marking up on the materials to reflect the premium procurement, but instead cover the increased costs. While this compresses Division Road’s margin, it allows us to present our clients with refined examples of the classics through our collaborations at an accessible retail price.
Promotions & Boxing Day
Our promotional discounts are rare and follow a specific schedule. Division Road offers a single in-season, 3-4 day promotion on Apparel and Accessories, which excludes all footwear and certain brands, most often Iron Heart, Dehen 1920, Freenote Cloth, and MotivMfg.
Division Road also has an End of Season + Archive Sale twice a year (January/February and July/August). This sale primarily features items from previous seasons, with a few remaining sizes available. It’s rare for Division Road to discount items from the current/passing season. Typically, this sale excludes all footwear.
The only exception to our no-discount policy on footwear is our flash Boxing Day Sale on December 26th from 10am-6pm ET. This is a site-wide 15% discount, including footwear, with no exclusions. This annual promotion is a customer appreciation sale for guaranteed purchases only, as we do not address product or sizing inquiries during the event, nor do we make ANY exceptions to our Final Sale Policy for Boxing Day.
Our promotional events are extremely popular, so availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re set on securing a piece, we don’t recommend waiting for a sale, as you might miss out on a reasonably priced, limited release.
Merchandise marked as Final Sale or promotions advertised as All Sales Final are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Division Provisions Specials
We offer a promotional price on our in-house developed Division Provisions based on the contents of your online shopping cart.
The Division Road Aromatic Red Cedar Shoe Tree is available at a discounted rate with any footwear purchase, and our Garment Bags receive a discount with any outerwear purchase exceeding $700. The Division Road Tote discount applies to apparel and accessory purchases of $500 or more, outside or in addition to the aforementioned Provision Specials (Footwear and/or Outerwear over $700).
Military Discount
We provide a 10% discount on orders for active service members. To qualify, please email us a clear image or scan of your valid and current Military ID, along with a matching Billing and Shipping Address. This 10% discount will be applied to any order associated with your customer profile.
