Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday until 6 pm ET. Shipments will be fulfilled within 24 hours, exceptions being store closures, holidays, and orders requiring verification.

  • Our scheduled UPS pick-up Monday-Friday is 4pm ET. Orders placed before 3:30pm ET will be shipped the same day. The only exception is orders placed during promotions or requiring verification.
  • Orders placed after weekday hours or on non-business days will be processed and addressed promptly on the following business day.
  • Service delays and extended processing times can occur, albeit rarely.
  • We can hold order fulfillment to any future date (Monday-Friday) within a two-week window from purchase.

Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using discounted, real-time rates estimated by the shipping provider, not Division Road.

  • The UPS rates provided at check-out are a percentage of the actual cost of shipping.
  • In all cases, shipping and handling expenses are greater than those our customers pay upon check-out. Division Road covers this cost delta.
  • Division Road does not profit from shipping charges.
  • All shipments are insured. Division Road will replace or refund associated items if a shipment is officially deemed lost or damaged upon the conclusion of the UPS Investigation process.
  • Original UPS Shipping Charges are for the service of delivering an Order to the customer. These charges are not refunded upon return or exchange.

Our policies are in place to drive considered purchases. We encourage customers to benefit from our professional customer service team, access the mass of data on our website, and use the informative tools we provide. This is in effort to counteract the significant negative environmental impact of free shipping and returns.

Domestic Shipments

  • We ship via UPS to all 50 states.
  • Orders over $350 automatically will be shipped with Signature Required. To waive this service, please include “No Signature” in the Note during checkout.
  • Online purchases with Division Road that are shipped to a destination outside the State of Virginia are Tax-Free.
  • When making a purchase on the Shop App (not to be confused with Shop Pay), out-of-state Sales Tax is collected and remitted by Shop App, a marketplace platform.

APO Shipping

We offer shipments to APO/AP Addresses via USPS Priority Mail for a $35 shipping fee. These orders must be processed through an invoice rather than our standard checkout procedure. Please email us the items you wish to purchase, along with comprehensive billing and shipping addresses, and we will issue an invoice that can be completed through our webstore. 

Third Party Shipping

International orders using a domestic Freight Forwarding or third-party shipping provider will be canceled if it's a customer’s first purchase from Division Road. These companies are regularly used for fraudulent activity, and we will not ship to these destinations without a verified, fully completed international transaction prior.

To be verified to use a forwarding company, we require one complete transaction using a credit card with a matching international billing and shipping address and successful order delivery. After one complete Net Order, international customers may use these third-party addresses for future purchases, but Division Road is not responsible for the shipment post-fulfillment.

International Shipments

We ship internationally via UPS. Shipping charges are determined at checkout using discounted carrier-calculated rates, allowing us to pass along any savings to our customers.

  • VAT/Customs Duty charges are not included in any prices shown or collected on any order through Division Road.
  • International shipments will incur customs duty charges, which vary widely from country to country and must be paid by the package's recipient.
  • Please check with your local government office for tariff and tax rates, as Division Road will not give an estimate for these charges.
  • We cannot declare the value of international shipments lower than the actual purchase amount.
  • Customs processing times and delays are based on the policies and practices of the destination country. These are not the responsibility of Division Road.
  • If the recipient refuses to accept an international shipment, the purchasing customer is fully liable for all return fees, including shipping, customs, handling fees, and associated costs.
