Collection: Arch Support Project
Launched in 2024, the Arch Support Project aims to create the next generation of handcrafted footwear. Each style embodies a unique timelessness with the soul of tradition. ASP is designed to interpret ergonomics architecturally by engineering leather with rare hand-construction methods — instituted and perfected in a workshop in South China — created and led by the renowned master shoemaker Rock Yeh. Focusing on reversing the industrialization of manufacturing, ASP is made by hand using numerous natural components and exclusive lasting and welting techniques. Hand-lasted whole-cut uppers are formed from one piece of leather, which are hand-adjusted for one month while the leather conforms. Hand-stitched detailing and hand-chainstitched welting are designed around a signature leather arch support integrated from the upper into the insole, midsole, and sole, converging for a hand-crafted complete unit of high style.
