The Fields Honey is organic, raw, and unfiltered, derived from indigenous flowering trees and our converted pollinator habitats of native wildflower meadows by bees that call The Fields at Division Road home. This 2025 vintage marks our third annual harvest and production, driven by a passion for preservation, restoration, and conservation. The Fields 11 oz. Raw and Unfiltered 2025 Vintage is comprised of Tulip Poplar, Blackberry, Black Locust, Maple, and Willow nectar as the dominant sources and includes under-notes of Golden Asters, Redbud, Milkweed, and Dandelion. This year's long and moist spring delayed the bees' foraging and harvesting until later in the summer. This resulted in a dark, richer honey with earthy and spicy notes that complement the floral flavors. As one of the only 100% naturally foraged, native wildflower-fed apiaries in the state, we always leave a substantial amount of honey in the hives instead of scraping them bare, and we have never used substitute feed in our hives. Honey and pollen are packed with essential nutrients and serve as the primary food source for honeybees, giving them the best chance for long-term health. The honey is presented in a glass jar with actual-size pen and ink artwork by Keana, exclusive to this vintage and inspired by the wildflower foliage that supports the on-site apiary at The Fields. Each jar includes an informational card with tasting notes related to the vintage and is individually packaged in pinstripe kraft boxes. This honey delivers an authentic taste of the fields we have restored into an ecological wonderland and could be the best honey you've ever tasted. It is produced from a labor of love for nature and preservation.
