Collaborations and Releases with East Harbour Surplus, Gitman Vintage, and Freenote Cloth

This week, we’re pleased to return to our standard release rhythm with a collection of goods that speaks directly to the best aspects of fall dressing. These durable pieces are made from textured, comfortable materials in palettes that reflect the richness of the landscape and the variability of shifting weather. East Harbour Surplus offers a full range of outerwear and trousers built for utility, movement, and a refined approach to seasonal functionality.

Our Gitman Vintage collaborations deliver exclusive shirting textiles featuring exciting patterns, dimensional textures, and versatile tones developed with Japanese mills. Freenote Cloth rounds out the release with two shirting pieces that serve as strong base layers now and confident headliners when the weather turns again. Get into fall with gear designed to endure, enhance, and bring rich character into the daily grind.

Gitman Vintage x Division Road

One of our favorite arrivals each fall is a new round of Gitman Vintage x Division Road collaborations, especially when exclusive shirting cloths bring this much texture and depth to the table. This season, we sourced a Division Road-exclusive Japanese Geometric Check in Gitman’s noteworthy Shaggy Flannel article, loomed by their Japan partner mill, beloved by collectors for its medium-to-heavy weight, luxurious hand, soft drape, and gradated ombré effect within the pattern. The unique asymmetrical check reads traditional at first glance and more complex on second inspection, arriving in black, rusty iron red, and mustard gold on the standard Gitman body, and wheat khaki, ecru, and black on our custom Camper style. Continuing the fabric story, two Japanese Dobby Jacquard Checks deliver a multi-dimensional, waffle-like texture in versatile yet uncommon palettes. Our shortened modern collar in the classic Gitman body comes in an Ecru mini-check with hints of blue and tan. In contrast, a Green medium-check with tan and ecru arrives in our exclusive Camper body for a more relaxed, utility-minded shirting form.

Freenote Cloth

Freenote Cloth continues to deliver western wear through a lens that feels modern yet antique, with design and production rooted in the past, while building goods to become future heirlooms. Their constant roster of inspired shirting keeps us on our toes, and the Bodie returns as a standout form that blends western detailing with a more modern, squared, cropped fit. In a golden khaki Japanese Brushed Twill that feels like flannel but wears more like a military cloth, the Bodie captures fall in fabric, color, and attitude. The new Northfork brings another expression of western influence, drawing from the 1930s–1940s with a longer body designed to be tucked, in a Japanese Undyed Nep Chambray, which reinforces the era of inspiration with a more formal approach to ranchwear. Whether riding a hog or a horse, line dancing or roadhouse hopping, Freenote keeps the spirit honest, the construction dialed, and the style ready for whatever door you walk through next.

East Harbour Surplus

Returning with a robust seasonal ensemble that draws from militaria, countryside utility, and modern casual forms, East Harbour Surplus has created another complete fall wardrobe framework. The Stanton Utility Jacket in Navy Whipcord Twill offers go-to, all-duty, all-season versatility, making it an adaptable piece for shifting temperatures and extended seasonal use. The Dorset Raglan Hunting Jacket in Brown Waxed Canvas brings nutmeg-toned depth, weather-ready finish, and a modern fit to a garment rooted in vintage outdoor sporting references. The Clarence Field Jacket in washed Linen-Wool Herringbone and the Murray Reversible Trench cover common wardrobe gaps with style, offering outerwear options that move from rugged utility to refined layering with ease. For fit foundations, the new Smith Utility Pant arrives as a Wide Straight fit in a brilliant Brown Serge Twill, while the tried-and-true Axel in Wood Brown Corduroy and the Navy Twill Enfield Trouser round out the release with texture, structure, and everyday versatility. Together, this East Harbour Surplus delivery gives fall its proper uniform: outerwear with purpose, trousers with presence, and enough Italian ease to make utility look natural.
