Releases from ts(s) & Arch Support Project
This week, we have our spring-summer collection from ts(s) paired with new limited editions from the Arch Support Project that illustrate how the origins of inspiration, intertwined with legacy, can transform fashion. Whether the impetus comes from an iconic style, material, or manufacturing technique, evolutions in design and production allow items to take new forms. This is the theme of these two manufacturing brands, which create pieces with definitive inspiration points, refashioned into something novel with broad style functions. Rooted in a sculptural sense of aesthetics and craftsmanship, this collection of goods is made with artisan quality in anatomically driven shapes that continue a journey of reference and reverence.
Specifically, this collection reinforces our position that quality should not be limited to a narrow style profile or gender. ts(s) is designed and graded to facilitate adoption into womenswear, and we worked with the Arch Support Project to adapt their Last and grade for our WMNs collections as the first of several long-term projects in this area. We have no intention to make womenswear a significant portion of our business. However, as we develop pieces and capsule collections specifically for our female audience and clients, we will take opportunities to provide inspiration and creative space for the utilization of menswear.
We don’t often use the terms unisex, genderless, or even androgynous (probably the best of the batch). We think the basis of good design is thinking about how to achieve purpose with new forms, materials, and principles specifically to enhance someone’s life or experience. When developing women’s products, we do so with their form and preferences in mind.
We want to ensure our core clients understand that we know our purpose as a menswear specialist. We will always strive to explore and evolve while remaining true to our foundation, as this is what makes our perspective on products and presentations distinct from the ordinary. Our goal is to be unique, authentic, and of high quality. Women deserve products made with the same principles as our menswear, so we’re simply opening the door for that avenue to be influenced, accepted, and seen.

Since ’99, Takuji Suzuki has crafted garments with a narrative of inspiration, exploring new forms. Using a collection of anatomically designed patterns with a drape-forward approach to the classics, ts(s) develops fabrics in Japan to create innovative seasonal collections. Several years ago, Suzuki began experimenting with grading and adapting patterns into a 00 size that features more petite proportions in the shoulders while preserving the original drape, allowing women to embrace menswear influences and Japanese tailoring, which became increasingly popular among those seeking unique, quality pieces.
This spring-summer collection brings the same seasonless and timeless ts(s) designs into fresh focus, emphasizing layering and playing with a neutral and vibrant palette that combines sheen and matte textures. In this classic formula, the collection reinterprets tradition with a lineage that transcends nations, eras, and purposes, remaining relevant and forward-looking.

Coming out of the only workshop in the world to utilize their trademark capabilities, the Arch Support Project is as limited and rare as the techniques used to make them. What we regard as collectible from the onset, each of the one-off and ephemeral Arch Support Project creations blends the artisan with high fashion. Once held and worn, the extraordinary nature of this footwear is unmistakable.
With the Double Fold, we debut the first piece in our WMNs collection, which we’ll grow through deep consideration and care. The Double Fold Boot has a whole-cut single-piece upper that’s hand-lasted, formed, and tack-sewn into a style inspired by western roper pull-ons and military chukka styles. It’s nostalgic while being something entirely different. Arch Support Project is a nomad of time, craft, style, and now gender to meet you wherever you are along the journey and carry you forward.
