Collaborations and Releases with EasyMoc, The Quartermaster, Iron Heart, and Japan Blue

This week, we are pleased to introduce Japan Blue with their Circle Series denim, a complete collection of evolved militaria from The Quartermaster, some new limited-release shirting from Iron Heart, and our most recent Double Bottom Scout Boot collaboration with EasyMoc. Each piece takes an archived inspiration and refreshes it through material, fit, detailing, and trims to create new, staple compositions for style profiles ranging from classic to forward. This collection reflects our stance on finding and developing unique pieces that honor the originals in fresh ways that we haven’t seen before — and we’ve seen a lot.

The Quartermaster

With military inspirations informed by a vast archive of WWI through post-modern, The Quartermaster brings us complete ensembles from outerwear to trousers with contemporary fits channeling the past. For evolved style artillery, the Utility Work Jacket is up-produced from the P41 US Marine’s issue and coordinates with the Fisherman Vest and double-pleated French Chino re-designed from the 1950s French Legion standard issue.

This curation of goods in a natural palette exclusively uses the TQM Herringbone Twill recreated to resemble the original with improvements in cotton quality and weave, along with the limited edition printed Re-Camo that combines the muted green, rust, and mustard Italian M29 palette in the iconic Tiger Stripe pattern adopted by US Special Forces in Vietnam.

Iron Heart

For more seasonally appropriate shirting from Iron Heart that will serve today while outlasting most of your wardrobe with commanding strength, we bring you three pieces that stylistically wander from the barracks to the road and the ranch.

The Brown TC Mechanics Shirt has an updated grease-monkey vibe in a modern fit and finish, the Olive Drab Green Herringbone Twill Military CPO Shirt has a seasonless weight and endless functionality, and the Black Wabash Twill Western is made to patina and portrays the railroad worker to easy-rider with deep heritage references and production provenance.

Japan Blue

Japan Blue’s Circle Series denim was so good in fit, fabric, and wash that we had to bring in the brand to represent iconic cuts from decades past with an approachable weight and feel. Focused on recreating post-modern cuts with propriety denim, Japan Blue has become the go-to for selvedge denim made to be lived in for the current era.

The Circle Series is vertically crafted in Japan, from fabric to garment, and has a European design-centric nature. Coming in an array of medium-weight exclusive denim, we bring you the 501 Loose Straight, inspired by cuts from the 90s with a directional attitude, while the 301 Straight is a refined slim tapered cut channeling the 2010s.

EasyMoc x Division Road

Going to the foundation with footwear, the EM x DR Scout Boot DB is designed for forays to remote settlements with modern comforts and trekking rugged landscapes in a hand-crafted chukka. This two-tone make-up has a full upper in a full-weight Mole Suede that has been hand-waxed with a custom balm for a waterproof, refined nap and is coordinated with Seidel’s Trail Crazy Horse for the double bottom and heel backstay for added fortification, complete with an integrated pull loop for swift deployment. A tonally corresponding veg-tanned natural leather midsole and steadfast Vibram 2060 sole allow for re-craftability, while natural hand-sewn thread and upper stitching reinforce its artisanal nature.
