We’re back to our regular release schedule and have a fine selection of collaborations with those extra touches that set these pieces far above par without being entirely over the top. From rare and special material sourcing to complete pattern developments with best-in-class producers White’s, Dehen 1920, Iron Heart, and MotivMfg, we present considered twists and tweaks on some of the best classic designs in heritage with our version of the most substantial N-1 Deck Jacket in the market from Dehen, a restock on our Iron Heart 502DR Serviceman Cargo and the last of the seasonal Ultra Heavy Flannels, a Fox Brother’s French Work Trouser with MotivMfg, and our two-toned Waxed Flesh LTT Logger that’s back with a black and natural comrade to provide the extra special essentials for your wardrobe that will be valued for decades to come.
White’s x Division Road
After much anticipatory ado, we bring back our famed Cinnamon Waxed Flesh & Natural CXL LTT Logger 375 in all of its designed-to-patina-with-purpose-and-fortitude glory, and pair it with a Black Waxed Flesh & Natural CXL version to take the tonal configuration to the dark side. Configured to provide full utility in a style that will only get better with age, both make-ups share the Natural CXL quarter and back-stay on the upper that, through hard wear, will tonally align with the Waxed Flesh vamp and counter as the natural nap reveals from the heavy scars and scuffs of the wild. Continuing the tonal scheme down to the foundation, the welt and midsole are matched to the Waxed Flesh to provide an evolution in color and texture that will correspond from the Split Commando sole on up to yield a dutiful, design-centric style made to improve with age.
Dehen 1920 x Division Road
The Dehen 1920 N-1 Deck Jacket is a next-level example of the military original, designed to be a staple for winter weather and proper vintage-inspired styling. Our collaboration version uses a specially sourced, US milled, Martexin Original Waxed Canvas in a 7 oz. Sailcloth that has superior flexibility and durability and is paired with the standard, luxurious, and insulating body lining of fully straightened shearling Genuine Mouton. Taking it further, our iteration comes with insulated quilted satin lined sleeves for a finished feel that corresponds with the rest of the piece to maintain the structure and flexibility throughout. Coming in both the bold and versatile Whiskey with Brown Mouton and the staple Slate and Kodiak Mouton configurations, we have fully DR’d an already exceptional garment with careful consideration for another craft collectable.
Iron Heart x Division Road
Back in Black and full stock glory comes one of our favorite trouser developments with the 502DR-BB Serviceman Classic Tapered Cargo that utilizes the 14 oz. signature Black sulfur rope dyed warp and Black dip dyed weft denim that will dynamically fade to grey while maintaining form and comfort. For those unfamiliar with the 502DR Serviceman, it’s known for a perfectly tapered cut to yield a modern silhouette that is matched to over-the-top triple chainstitched construction, military grade hardware, and precisely placed and scaled double knee panel and cargo pockets for a development that merges utility and style. As a preview of some special creations on the horizon and to round out our exceptional and refined workwear assembly in a heritage-driven palette, we bring you our French Work Trouser collaboration with Beijing’s best, MotivMfg. Coming in a limited bolt Dark Olive Fox Brothers Tweed Twill, this versatile wool pant option will handle any outdoor conditions with vintage-inspired style in a sophisticated color and cloth. For the uninitiated, Fox Brothers is undeniably the finest English producer of worsted cloths that boast a superbly refined hand, texture and tone, yet allow for rugged use. With the MotivMfg method of breaking the molds of modern and antique, the French Work Trouser is fully lined and has a roomy pleated top block and elegantly tapered leg to a moderate hem, casual detailing like the slant front and workwear patch back pocketing, and is constructed as an old-world, traditionally made wool trouser should be.
