White's Boots x Division Road Collaborations
To complete our recent collab pack, we have two new White’s collaborations that use a formula of Horween hides, heavy duty contrasting Natural thread for the uppers, single row welted stitchdown, unstructured toes, and a host of other Division Road special make-up design touches. Built by our famed maker out of Washington with a century-old legacy, a White’s handsewn stitchdown is a treasure of heritage. Our White’s collabs use their unique, top-tier construction method as each pair is hand lasted and welted by a skilled bootmaker using all leather components from the oak tanned leather shank, counter, insole, and midsole to create footwear that will handle the worst of conditions while conforming to the foot in the most dramatic ways. Made to last for a lifetime, step into the traditions of the past with a White’s elevated in design by Division Road.
Olive Waxed Flesh LTT Lineman 350
This all-star tannage from Horween utilizes Natural CXL Roughout, technically known as Marine Field leather due to its military roots, and enhances it with a dyed, hard wax coating for even more protection while allowing a unique patina to develop. As scuffs and regular friction diminish the smooth waxed surface, the texture and color of the hide’s natural flesh will reveal and create a distressed coloration. As proponents of that just right shade of green footwear, we love the rich patina and color depth of this leather and the brown-olive palette allows for styling versatility. Finished with brass eyelets, a Natural CXL gusseted tongue and hand welt, a natural leather midsole and block-logger heel all atop a Vibram Mini Lug sole, this Olive Waxed Flesh LTT Lineman is ready for adventures from trekking the back woods, cruising to your favorite dive bar, or casual moto riding.
Navy CXL LTT Oxford 300
As Horween’s signature century-old tannage, there is no better recipe that balances consistency, comfort, and performance with a natural feel and look. This re-tannage uses a combination of vegetable and chrome to provide the best characteristics of both and comes single struck dyed, which allows the natural teacore to reveal and enhances the grain of the hide while allowing a warm patina to develop through this brilliant, soft Navy. We don’t often work with blue-dyed hides, but there is always a place in a collection for something unique that also pairs up to denim hues, tans and olives to create inspired ensembles. Contrasted with natural tones in the upper thread and leather core that tonally correspond to the Natural CXL welt, leather midsole and half-slip atop the sand Vibram 2060 trekking sole, this Navy CXL LTT Oxford is perfect for daily duty on city hikes to design studios.
