Releases and Collaborations with Fortela, S.N.S. Herning, Heimat Textil, and Gitman Vintage

This week, we turn back the clock to the mid-20th century to celebrate an era of changing styles that linked a shifting economy and lifestyle, moving from agriculture to manufacturing and higher education for the youth of that time. A spirit revived after emerging from war and depression, with a future once again full of promise. Styles incorporated military surplus, casual tailoring, and outdoor activities that became leisure rather than labor, taking on many countercultural influences for the first time among a growing middle class. Rooted in this inspiration, marked by the 1950s and beyond, Fortela, S.N.S. Herning, Heimat Textil, and several Gitman Vintage collaborations come together for a new collection of classic goods.

Fortela

Focusing on inspirational references from Hollywood’s golden era films and style icons, Alessandro Squarzi unveils a new collection from his archives that embodies the quality of the past and the timelessness of tomorrow. Using Manteco® wool cloths in a balanced palette of undyed neutrals and classic navy, this selection of outerwear, knitwear, and overshirts draws on subtle details that showcase their unique quality and craftsmanship. Turn to the trusted heritage authority for a look that exudes refined taste, effortless layering, and sophisticated style—achieved through discovery, uncovering, and elevation.

S.N.S. Herning | Heimat Textil

From the knitwear specialist S.N.S. Herning, we complete our curation of the seasonal collection with garments inspired by the 70s, featuring bobble multi-dimensional techniques from the 50s, for pieces that are modern yet crafted with traditional quality standards. For two new shawls from Heimat, the Signals collection, which revives nautical stripes, makes its debut with the Eiger Cardigan and a new Trail Blue Eiger Pullover – two campus-ready sweaters suitable for any occasion.

Gitman Vintage x Division Road

A wardrobe always has a place and space for proper collared shirts. However, balancing between dress and casual, sloppy and polished, considered or simply covered is a fine line. No one bridges that gap better than Gitman Vintage, which reinterprets fabric development from their archives with signature details, a reliable tailored classic fit, and trademark quality. In our neck-size program for perfected fits, we introduce two striking vintage-inspired Old Slub Check patterns in greyscale, made with highly spun slub yarns for intricate and luxurious texture, along with a fresh ivy-inspired Brushed Fall Oxford for a versatile style staple.
