Collaborations and Releases from Viberg, Iron Heart, Dehen 1920, and Benzak Denim Developers

This week, we’ve got a mighty release of pieces with a military and heavy-duty backbone that speak to our persistence in developing goods that are designed for utility and style. From taking the classics and tweaking them in every imaginable way in fits, finishes, and fabrics or creating something completely new, we’re always looking for the gaps and ways to offer improvements to our market. With this collection of a war-ready Boondocker make-up with Viberg, our exclusive development with Iron Heart of the 502 Serviceman Cargo furthered for the denim head, an entirely new Submariner Knit Jacket collaboration with Dehen 1920, and a restock of the battle-proof BC-01 Chinos from Benzak, we have an unbeatable, unbreakable unit of distinct deployments destined to become tried and true lifers.

Viberg x Division Road

We start a collection with the foundation of footwear and in that vein, we bring you our Olive Waxed Flesh Boondocker collaboration with Viberg. Using a full military inspiration, the Olive Waxed Flesh is an iteration on the original tannage used on historical military boots, while representing the way field boots would have been treated with waxes to increase durability and waterproofness. As these Horween tanned hides become scarred, the natural nap breaks through the surface resulting in a fantastic patina unique to the battle and usage. This rare Viberg is a re-imagined and elevated reproduction of the standard issue WWII N-1 Field Shoe and comes on the newly introduced 2055 Last with an accommodative and traditionally appropriate Munson-based fit in a sleeker, lower profiled silhouette. Furthered with the relevant military spec identifier of heavy-duty quadruple and triple natural-colored upper stitching that coordinates with stitchdown construction and a natural leather midsole atop a British made Goodyear Commando Sole, this Boondocker will be at home in the field, frontier, or foundry.

Dehen 1920 x Division Road

Next up, we’re excited to introduce a completely new collaboration with Dehen along with another appearance of our most popular development with this legacy Oregon mainstay. This astoundingly solid Submariner Knit Jacket collaboration is based on a new pattern, but is advanced in every way to make its fit, finish, and utility complete. Coming in Dehen’s heavy outerwear weight 4-end knit that’s produced in-house on vintage machines, we took this nautical inspired piece that speaks to the founder’s journey through the ranks in the US Navy and decked it out. The Submariner Jacket comes as a fully lined outerwear piece with an adapted fit to be tailored and accommodative, has adjusted pocketing to allow for side entry on the accommodative patch pockets with a button closure, collar adjustments, and is completed with exclusive polished natural corozo buttons for a turn of the century meets modern aesthetic. Paired with our venerable Shawl Cardigan collaboration coming back in Pine and a new Natural for a fully fresh vintage look and feel, this Division Road x Dehen release signals the coming of fall with pieces that will last well beyond.

Iron Heart x Division Road

For those warriors looking for patina glory, we bring one of the seasonal collaborations we’re most excited about. The 502DR-IB takes our Serviceman Cargo development, debuted last year for those Army Work Club members, and puts a patina potential spin on it with the 14 oz. Indigo x Black signature denim for a piece that reflects the original inspiration with a cult enthusiast twist. Coming with all the refined and dutiful details of slant front pockets with brass riveting, bellows cargo pockets with engraved copper snaps, double layer knee patches, and chainstitching throughout, the fit bridges the traditional and tapered. These denim cargos are sure to become legendary amongst collectors and patina warriors. Paired with the Olive Military Serge Twill Work Shirt that’s crispy, cool, and clean and will provide a canvas that will evolve from its sulfur dyed structure, these two fully armed comrades of style and utility will provide honorable service from the street corner to station command.

Finally, we have a full restock on the heavily requested, hyper popular Military Twill BC-01 Tapered Chinos that come with an accommodating top block and modern taper that work with a wide variety of body types for a trim, yet dutiful silhouette. Using a Japanese milled 10 oz. Collect Mills Military Twill on the reverse side to yield a slight satin finish with a canvas-like crispness, these Chinos combine the refined and rugged with patina potential and purposeful use. If looking for a trouser that can carry one from the office to the outdoors with classic styling, quality European-made construction that’s affordable, and a killer cut with vintage character for the contemporary craft enthusiast, look no further than these Tapered Chinos in Golden Brown and Army Green for endless all-season ensemble pairings.
