Introducing Outclass and Releases from Iron Heart, ts(s), Andersen-Andersen, and Heimat Textil

Fall is here, but winter is coming. As temperatures drop and severe storms approach, we’re releasing as many craft goods as we can manage in our typical, curated, thoughtful manner. We’re excited to debut Outclass at Division Road, along with our seasonal selections from knitwear specialists Andersen-Andersen and Heimat Textil, some versatile and forward outerwear from ts(s), and a robust assembly of Iron Heart featuring some of the most anticipated fall-winter pieces. This is a release of innovations that uphold the enduring truth of quality and design, with each piece delivering lasting value through style.

Outclass x Division Road

Back in 2010, Matteo Sqaramella fell down the rabbit hole searching for quality goods that were as timeless as they were youthful. Learning the fundamentals of handcrafting garments, working with local manufacturing facilities, and designing patterns laid the foundation for Outclass. His journey to create something unique and authentic began then. Fifteen years later, while improved and evolved, Outclass remains true to its original vision with a distinctive identity, thanks to a refined product made almost exclusively with specialist factories in Toronto. With the full release of our seasonal collection and a collaboration Zip Cardigan, we present a range of pieces that embody the Outclass ethos: a classic sensibility with a twist on tradition, sourcing premium materials, and Canadian pride in manufacturing high-quality goods.

ts(s)

From the workshop of Takuji Suzuki, we present two outerwear pieces that embody the range from refined classic to directional interpretation, achieved through the ts(s) philosophy of design and vertical fabric-to-garment production. The Bird Watching Jacket and Easy Coat feature the new Herringbone Wool Double Cloth, developed with a novel take on a double-face twill and a traditional pattern. Meanwhile, the Buffalo Plaid Messenger Vest and Bird Watching Jacket reappear with the same spirit of reimagining icons with originality.

Andersen-Andersen

Cathrine Lundgren-Andersen continues her pursuit of creating the finest collection of staple seaworthy knitwear in the world. From sourcing the best Patagonia Merino fleece to overseeing all stages of spinning their exclusive yarn and hand-linking the sweaters in Italy through top specialists, Andersen-Andersen embodies improved versions of vintage production methods. Each style is carefully considered and thoroughly tested before being added to the line, and we are pleased to introduce the rare addition of the Sailors Full Zip, along with a curated selection of our core collection.

Heimat Textil

About ten years ago, Christian Hofmann founded Heimat to showcase and preserve Germany’s distinctive knitting techniques and machinery globally. With a carefully curated collection that gradually expands, Heimat knitwear offers a unique elasticity in the knit that molds to the body, recovers its shape, and wears beautifully for years. The classic Rundhals Crewneck is now available in a new Merino yarn in Battleship Grey, paired with the standard Virgin Wool in an ecru Seashell, and complemented by a Journey Coat that transitions effortlessly from outerwear to a styling layer across seasons.

Iron Heart

The cult icon Shinichi Haraki is back at it, creating some of the finest and toughest examples of heritage goods in the world. An improvement on the original Tanker Jacket features a sulfur-dyed 12 oz. Whipcord that makes this piece as perfect as possible, while the A2 Deck Jacket returns in a killer, all-black configuration in the 14 oz. Oiled Whipcord. Completing the ensemble from top to bottom, there's the new Work Overshirt, crafted from a heavy-duty 13 oz. Oxford, the Western in a 12 oz. Military Moleskin, and the 555S Superblack Fade to Greys, making this release as tough as Iron Heart.
