Inspired by French workwear trousers with an oversized fit, clean pocketing, and unique details, the Lounge Trouser comes in a high rise with a roomy top block and broad thigh with a classically tapered leg to a moderate hem for a tailored, modern take on workwear trousers. With a focus on sustainability through natural fibers and production techniques that connect the garment to the landscape, these trousers are made from a 9 oz. Belgium Linen and New Zealand Virgin Wool blended twill cloth produced by a multi-generation specialty mill in Belgium and have been washed and pressed for a crisp, casual hand in a year-round piece. With a minimalist design approach inspired by vintage fashion, each element carries thematic consistency and purpose with details like the slant front and welted back pockets with darted yoke, cotton pocket bags, tailor-taped seams, and an inner-elasticized band with drawstring for adjustment completed with clasp closure and zipper fly.
