The Iron Heart IHSH-394-KHA Western is a lightweight, reinforced piece produced from a sanforized and rinsed 7 oz. Japanese Fatigue Cloth for a warm weather style staple appropriate for year-round use. Using the signature Iron Heart Western pattern of a slim fit based on the 1926 original, this shirt is perfectly proportioned in length to be worn untucked for modern vintage-styled grit. This 100% Cotton poplin cloth was developed to evolve original battledress uniform fabrics from the 40s and 50s and was utilized to combat warmer temps with trademark durability. This military-inspired Khaki piece is woven from consistent reactive-dyed yarns, which combine with tonal stitching to produce a clean palette staple that will maintain its finish through years of hard use. This Western has numerous and carefully considered construction and design details like the triple-stitched curved shoulder and back yoke panels, which are paired with signature Iron Heart pearl Permex snaps on the dual flap front chest pockets, placket, and cuffs to make a piece for the stylistically sound and self-reliant. Further, internal felled seams, chainstitched construction, and bartack reinforcements throughout give this piece all the necessary heritage provenance and then some. Sizing

Model Measurements: 5'9" | 165 lbs. | 41" Chest | 34" Waist - Wearing Size L

Iron Heart Shirting sizing is graded in small increments. The 394-KHA runs on the small side of Iron Heart sizing and is made with a sanforized, once-washed fabric with most shrinkage removed. With regular use, one can expect up to .5” of stretch in the chest over the long term.
