Japanese Shaggy Check Flannel - Olive

Garment Measurements | Virtual Size Chart

The Japanese Shaggy Check Flannel in Olive from Gitman Vintage is made from a medium weight 100% Cotton that's given a flannel finish in a directional twill weave, enhancing a classic 1970's inspired country check in shades of olive and brown with a white overlay plaid resulting in another brilliantly updated, timeless piece. Loomed in Japan from fully combed yarns, this fabric has been brushed to create a luxurious hand and subtle texture in a durable and hearty material with natural flexibility and built-in comfort. The signature length button-down collar is complemented with dual chest buttoned pockets for a functional throwback, replete with Gitman's original details like chalk buttons, a locker loop, box pleat, and a final horizontal button hole in green thread. This shirt is produced in the new modern slim fit with a slightly less dramatic hem sweep and straighter body as a variation to the signature fit that remains the same tailored "just right" cut for most body types. Gitman Vintage shirts are classic, simple, original, and have a casual sophistication, making them a standard wardrobe piece for many well-dressed men. We are unique in our offerings of Gitman Vintage by neck sizing for all you gents between alpha sizes; you now have the opportunity for a perfectly fitting Gitman right out of the box.

Today, Gitman Bros. is one of the last remaining American shirt makers with all manufacturing still based in the USA.
