The Bates Toni Cap is a fitted, deep backed and tailored 6-panel button crown cap, constructed out of a Donegal Tweed milled in Ireland from 100% British Virgin Wool. Known for its thick and durable yarns with a handwoven appearance, Donegal Wool is an Irish traditional plain weave woolen that provides a pronounced texture and variable palette in a fabric made for the countryside and workwear conditions. This natural wool made with old world tradition and outstanding comfort comes in a warm camel base and peppered accents of red, brown, and tan yarns to yield amazing character and depth. Inspired by turn-of-the-century casual caps worn in both industrial work and leisure activities, the Toni is an adapted version of the Gatsby Cap that combines the flat cap silhouette with the classical shape of a paneled cap. Bates is known for using the finest weather-resistant woolens designed for premium hats, which come fully lined with custom satin acetate and a satin twill interior banding. Sizing

Measure the circumference of your head with a fabric tape measure placed about 1/8” above your ears, and across your forehead mimicking where the hat will sit on your head. The measurement generally will match the hat size, and if between measurements go to the next size up: 56 cm = 22", 57 cm = 22.5", 58 cm = 22 7/8", 59 cm = 23 1/4", 60 cm = 23 5/8", 61 cm = 24", 62 cm = 24 3/8"
