Ten C Trouser sizing is based on Italian sizing and generally runs large. We suggest sizing to your Actual Waist Measurement (+12-14" per Italian Sizing). IE: Measured Waist 34" = Size 46(32) for a closely fit garment or 48(34) for a relaxed fit.
