The Tricker's x Division Road C.F. Stead Bright Toffee Oiled Shoulder Stow Boot is an exclusive collaboration with the definitive maker of English Country footwear and uses a limited batch, premium golden brown Oiled Shoulder leather upper paired with the elegant Ridgeway lug sole. This Division Road exclusive style utilizes the shoulder portion of full-weight steer hides for a tight and pliable grain, which are tanned in the UK by the storied C.F. Stead, stuffed with a high oil and fat content, and aniline dyed to retain each hide’s natural feel and remarkable grain characteristics. The hides are then waxed for durability while allowing for a deep pull-up and patina that highlights the innate qualities of the leather. The Stow Boot is one of Tricker's original country boots that features the signature medallion and wingtip design with refined brogue and punching details throughout. All Tricker's undergo 260 individual steps in which craftspeople include a mulling concoction to infuse the uppers with oils, a wooden shank, a corking compound from a century-old recipe, and exquisite English finishing. This Stow's robust silhouette is achieved by using the 4497s Last, which creates a substantial yet elegant design that accommodates a variety of foot types. This results in a classic boardroom-to-backwoods-focused boot that combines country footwear build-quality with a modern form, made to the refined craftsmanship standards expected from a Tricker's. Tricker’s UK sizing is listed and as a general sizing rule, we suggest you select (1) size down from a common US boot and shoe, or (1.5) sizes down from a US sneaker to the listed UK size. The 4497s is a fairly common Last with an accommodative width and corresponds to various foot types as long as the right size is obtained.
