The EasyMoc x Division Road Black Desert Oasis Oiled Suede Quarter Trek Boot is a fully functional chukka boot exclusively designed in collaboration with founder Greg Cordeiro. Made to serve daily duty for the style savvy looking to represent workshop craft, this boot highlights Maine’s fine tradition of hand-lasted, hand-sewn, true moccasin production. This Division Road EasyMoc make-up is made with Oiled Desert Oasis Suede using the flesh side of steer hides, which are tanned in the UK by the storied C.F. Stead — known for making some of the finest leathers in the world. These full weight hides have been aniline dyed for a deep natural color, brush sanded to a mild nap, and heavily gum oiled in tanning which results in a hearty and luxurious casual suede with outdoor-ready durability. This fully leather lined, double vamp upper is hand-lasted on an adapted vintage moccasin boot form for an accommodating fit that allows the moccasin hand-sewn leather construction to mold to the foot. This deconstructed chukka boot pattern comes above the ankle with a reversed quarter using a unique natural heavy-duty sail stitch and heavy gauge natural waxed thread for the moccasin toe, reversed back, heel, and overcast stitching. Completed with contrasting warm antique brass eyelets and natural upper thread, this make-up is styled for the city and well-equipped to explore the woods. The Quarter Boot is assembled for a lifetime of utility using considered elements including an Ortholite® Comfort Hybrid Recycled Footbed for a modern interior along with a Blake welted insole to a dark, natural leather midsole for full recraftability. For flexibility, proportional balance, and a stable surface, the Quarter Trek Boot is completed with an outsole stitched midsole atop a Vibram 100 Montagna Honey Lug sole ideal for hiking, camping, and trekking in a workman-made moccasin that styles up to your best heritage or modern ensembles.

EasyMoc sizing is consistently one (1) size down from a common US sneaker like Nike or New Balance for a snug fit that will conform to an average (D-E) width foot and a half (.5) size down for a roomy, comfort-based fit or for wider feet (E-EE). EasyMoc is usually the same size as a common US boot/shoe manufacturer like Alden, Allen Edmonds, and Red Wing.
