The Quartermaster Galceti Chestnut Jacket is made in a exclusively developed Striped Blanket Jacquard loomed in Italy at a partner mill using a yarn dyed blend of 70% Cotton and 30% recycled polyester and wool fibers for a sustainable and traceable cloth with a brilliantly multi-colored palette, dimensional pattern, soft hand, and dutiful nature. The Chestnut Jacket is inspired by outdoor foraging and field jackets from the 1940's using this proprietary fabric that hallmarks the original with a sophisticated aesthetic and luxuriously textured finish. This garment has been adapted and improved from fit to detailing in an authentic reproduction suited for any new-classic enthusiast, with patch chest and lower pockets for convenient compartments, a dual compartment back field pocket with snap closure, and a brass snap front.
