Viberg NW PACK Bobcat - 2030 - Christy – Black & Natural CXL

NW PACK Bobcat - 2030 - Christy – Black & Natural CXL

The NW PACK Bobcat Boot was taken from an original work boot pattern developed by founder Ed Viberg, which debuted in the 1960’s and is still in production today. While rarely used in production of the contemporary Viberg collection, it’s one of the early adapted styles by Brett Viberg. The Bobcat has a heritage history that we reinterpreted on the 2030 last with an unstructured toe for the exclusive Northwest Pack capsule collection. As a narrative of the NW PACK collection, we used Horween® Chromexcels to create a two-tone effect with a Natural CXL Roughout on the vamp and counter and a Black CXL for the shaft, gusseted tongue and heel stay. Subtle details include brass eyelets, natural midsole, Vibram Christy sole, stitchdown construction, natural rawhide and black rawhide laces. Included as a signature to the NW PACK is a Pendleton® Rancho Arroyo Jacquard wool and black 60/40 cloth dust bag, produced by Crescent Down Works and made with black drawstring, brass grommets and leather stay. This directional boot is geared toward the foundational collector in all of us Viberg fans, and expresses the generational history of Viberg with a Division Road approach equaling a truly unique piece that you won’t ever see again. Produced in limited hand-numbered quantities for the NW PACK.

For those who are buying Viberg for the first time, be aware that they fit closer to UK rather than US sizes. As a general rule when sizing for Viberg, we suggest you select (1) size down from a common US boot and shoe, or (1.5) sizes down from a US sneaker.
