Tramping Boot - 4497 - Dainite - Horween Color 8 Dublin

$565.00

Description

The Tricker's x Division Road Horween Color 8 Dublin Tramping Boot is an exclusive collaboration with the definitive maker of English Country footwear, using a premium Horween hard-wearing leather upper and a natural leather Barbour welt paired with a Dainite sole. This Division Road exclusive style utilizes our favored Color 8 Dublin by Horween®, a vegetable tanned leather that uses the same traditional extracts as Horween’s Cordovan with a high oil and fat content, an aniline finish to retain the hide’s natural feel and remarkable grain characteristics, and is then waxed for durability while allowing for a deep pull-up and patina that highlights the innate qualities of the leather. The Tramping Boot is based on an officer’s battle dress style with a high quarter and curved peak counter over a wholecut upper that yields sleek lines in a durable and flexible style made for functional use in the outdoors. All Tricker's undergo 260 individual steps in which craftsmen include a mulling concoction to infuse the uppers with oils, a wooden shank, a corking compound from a century-old recipe, and exquisite English finishing. The Tramping Boot's more robust silhouette is achieved by using the 4497s Last that creates a substantial yet elegant design that accommodates a variety of foot types. This results in a simple forest-to-frontier focused boot that combines country footwear build-quality with a modern form, made to the refined craftsmanship standards expected from a Tricker's. With its natural Barbour storm welt and midsole, a British made Dainite sole and brass eyelets, this boot takes a British classic to refined heights while acting as a foundation to any ensemble. As England's oldest shoe maker, Royal warrant holder, originator of the country boot and one of the first and few still utilizing traditional Goodyear welting to the highest standards of quality in the industry, a Tricker's truly is made to last a lifetime in all conditions.
