Tricker's Low Leg Logger - Commando - Black Waxy Suede

Low Leg Logger - Commando - Black Waxy Suede

The Low Leg Logger in Black Waxy Suede is an adaptation of an English style logging boot with a wax coating developed in the tanning process to give additional water resistance and depth of patina. Signature Tricker's details of hard-wearing European premium leather uppers, leather lining, natural Barbour welt and midsole, and of course a British-made Goodyear welted sole make these hallmark country boots. In the 4444 last with an elegant profile, the clean pattern of the Low Leg Logger Boot combined with a black waxy suede gives a refined aesthetic, while the commando sole and durable construction beg these boots to be taken on rough terrain. From the board room to the mountain to the forest these boots are truly made to last a lifetime.

Tricker’s UK sizing is listed, which is technically just a (.5) size down from your US shoe size. However, in comparison with most other boot manufacturers, Tricker's will be a half (.5) to a full (1) size down from common US boot manufactures. We find Tricker’s UK sizing almost matches Viberg 2030 and Alden Barrie last sizing perfectly, despite the international conversion. The 4444 last is a fairly common last that accommodates wider feet, and we usually suggest sizing down (.5) when compared to the Stow last (4497s) for most foot types.

For additional information consult our Sizing Guide.

The more handmade you get with older lasts used the more sizing becomes less universal, so please feel free to Contact Us to more closely ensure a proper fit and correct size.
