Tricker's Low Leg Logger - 2298 - Vibram 2060 - Horween Cognac Dublin

Low Leg Logger - 2298 - Vibram 2060 - Horween Cognac Dublin

The Tricker's x Division Road Horween Cognac Dublin Low Leg Logger Boot is an exclusive adaptation of US materials with the definitive maker of English Country footwear, using a premium Horween hard-wearing leather upper, a natural leather Barbour welt and US-made Vibram soles. This Division Road exclusive boot utilizes Cognac Dublin leather by Horween®, a material that uses the same traditional extracts as Horween’s Cordovan with a high oil and fat content. This vegetable tanned leather is hand glazed with an aniline dyed finish to retain the hide’s natural feel and remarkable grain characteristics, then waxed for durability and to highlight the natural qualities of the leather. The result is a hearty material with a supple waxy feel that will develop a resplendent patina. The Low Leg Logger Boot is a newer Tricker's hiking boot pattern with a deep vamp, shortened counter, and leather heel pull for trekking majesty. This Tricker's boot has undergone 260 individual steps in which craftsmen include a mulling concoction to infuse the uppers with oils, a wooden shank, a corking compound from a century-old recipe and exquisite English finishing. The boot's elegant silhouette is achieved by using the w2298 Last that has an urban dress boot shape with a slightly extended toe that accommodates a variety of foot types. This results in a simple outdoor to street-focused boot that combines country footwear build-quality with a modern form, made to the refined craftsmanship standards expected from a Tricker's. Atop the light yet sturdy Vibram 2060 sole, this is a design ready for storied travels to develop rich patina evolutions in its vegetable tanned upper. As England's oldest shoe maker, Royal warrant holder, originator of the country boot and one of the first and few still utilizing traditional Goodyear welting to the highest standards of quality in the industry, a Tricker's is truly made to last a lifetime in all conditions.
