Garment Measurements | Virtual Size Chart

The Wheeler Denim in the Relaxed fit by Shockoe Atelier is a classic mid-high rise with a generous top block and a slightly tapered leg. In a 13 oz. Japanese selvedge denim from Collect Mills made from Zimbabwe cotton, this is a perfect jean for all seasons. When worn heavily and then washed, the Wheeler develops a vintage-styled contrast created by the subtle green cast of the indigo warp and an unbleached natural weft. Not only hand-numbered and signed, each pair has all of the hand-produced details one comes to expect from Shockoe: singular use of narrow selvedge line denim, lock-stitching, chain- stitching, high-density serging and their leather backed double pronged blackened copper rivets with nickel button fly. Backed with a foundation in Italian tailoring and artisan production all under one roof in Richmond, VA, it's that salt-of-the-earth sensibility that makes Shockoe truly unique.

Producing garments with an artisan approach in small batches, their products echo the personalities of the makers, and because each jean is crafted by hand, every piece is...
