Designed as an homage to a BDU-styled pant with a more contemporary silhouette and details, this chino includes slant front pockets with riveted reinforcements and clean patch back pockets. The Field Trouser is for the guy who wants an elevated casual pant reflecting a modern military inspiration in a relaxed tapered cut, made with a denim sensibility and durability. This Khaki Field Trouser is produced in a substantial 11 oz. Japanese Selvedge Canvas Cloth from Kuroki Mills that provides durability in a medium weight, all-season alternative to denim. This 2x1 selvedge canvas cloth will evolve through heavy wear and conform to a silhouette, while boasting a classic color that will complement any heritage ensemble and meet various conditions. Not only hand-numbered and signed, each pair has all the hand produced details one comes to expect from Shockoe: narrow selvedge line, double pronged blackened copper rivets, a blackened nickel button fly, high-density serging for a finished look, a lock and chainstitched waistband for a consistent fit, all complemented with a chainstitched seat and hem. Backed with a foundation in Italian tailoring and artisan production all under one roof in Richmond, VA, it's that salt-of-the-earth sensibility that makes Shockoe truly unique.
