The Engram Crewneck in Manual Blue by S.N.S Herning is made in a 5-gauge multi-dimensional knit using 100% Pure New Merino Wool for a medium weight sweater that bridges traditional heritage production and the aesthetics of fashion. Inspired by the original S.N.S. Herning Fisherman sweater from the 1920's — trademarked in 1935 — using bobble knitting, the Engram Crewneck provides durability, quality, and style for fall through spring. With a fashioned interior for comfort, the exterior has textured dimension with four seamless knit pattern changes from the shoulder to hem, combined with a 1x1 ribbed collar and 2x2 ribbed hem and cuffs for a knitwear garment that shows its sophisticated production with the subtlety of luxury. This nearly century-old, family-owned-and-operated producer uses traceable merino wool spun into durabl, dense and soft yarns, knitting machines that date back to the 1950's, and an inherited recipe of bobble knitting with engineered aesthetics to create timeless, quality garments made to last under all conditions. In a foggy marine sea-to-sky Manual Blue, this Engram Crewneck from S.N.S. Herning has a perfected modern fit for layering and various style profiles to become an historically based fashion-forward staple in any well curated wardrobe.

The original Fisherman sweater that introduced this method continues to be produced today using the same bobble pattern and recipe of cut, measurements, and finishing, and remains core to the brand’s design and production DNA.
