The Grand Slam Tattersall from Gitman Vintage is made from a 100% Cotton lightweight and crisp poplin cloth that's been washed for softness to yield a durable, comfortable, and cleanly woven shirt suitable for year-round wear. One of Gitman's signature fabric developments during the 70's and 80's was their 2-ply cotton poplin. Using this fabric in a Tattersall grid, Gitman hallmarks the Grand Slam Tennis Tournaments: Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon and US Open, each with a signature color to give an innovative take on a vintage vibe. This shirt comes in our signature shorter length button down key collar, with original details like chalk buttons, a locker loop, and a final horizontal button hole in green thread. The signature slim fit with tailored body and arms makes it a "just right" cut for most body types, and with our unique offering of Gitman Vintage by neck sizing for all you gents who are between alpha sizes: you now have the opportunity for a perfectly fitting Gitman right out of the box. Gitman Vintage shirts are classic, simple, original and have a casual sophistication that make them a standard wardrobe piece for many well-dressed men.
