Description

The Chambray Linen in Blue from Gitman Vintage is made from a lightweight 100% Linen 1x1 plain weave with thick yarns and a slight slub to create a pronounced texture and depth of color for a timeless warm weather staple. This material is inspired from Gitman's original collection in 1978, woven using the same method as chambray with irregular blue and natural yarns that replicate an indigo dyed Draper loom-styled fabric for a shirt with an innovative take on a vintage vibe. The signature length button down collar comes replete with Gitman's original details like chalk buttons, locker loop, and a final horizontal button hole in green thread. The original Vintage slim fit with a tailored body and arms makes it a "just right" cut for most body types. Gitman Vintage shirts are classic, simple, original and have a casual sophistication that make them a standard wardrobe piece for many well-dressed men. We are unique in our offerings of Gitman Vintage by neck sizing for all you gents who are between alpha sizes; you now have the opportunity for a perfect-fitting Gitman right out of the box.
