Viberg Service Boot - 2030 - Dainite - Kudu
The Waxed Snuff Naked Kudu Service Boot is an updated interpretation of Viberg’s original work boot, designed by company founder Edwin Viberg in 1931 and inspired by a standard issue military boot pattern used by several nations during WWII. This boot features a true antelope leather from a UK tannery that highlights the uncorrected grain with a full aniline finish. The natural and irregular pebbled grain character and texture for which Kudu is known is then treated with a white wax coating in the tanning process that results in a semi-gloss finish with an added layer of protection. Molded on the ever-popular 2030 last for a sleek silhouette, the boot is completed with a brogue cap toe, vintage brass eyelets and a Dainite sole. Each detail is elegantly assembled by exacting Viberg craftsmen using stitchdown construction, yielding a boot that's perfect for those looking for a darker brown color and a rough-yet-formal aesthetic. Durable with visual depth, this is a versatile style piece that will fit into a wide range of wardrobe arrangements while standing the test of time.
