The Iron Heart IHSH-334-RED Work Shirt is produced in Japan from a 12 oz. Ultra Heavy Flannel and has a double brushed interior to yield a soft hand in an extremely hardy fabric with a classic check in a red, black, and gold on an off-white field to provide an updated and versatile palette in a traditional workwear pattern. Made from a rare Aspero wild and organic cotton plant found only in the foothills of Northeast Peru, the yarn yields remarkable softness and an unmatched strength and has been treasured by the area’s indigenous population for generations. Using the signature Iron Heart Work Shirt pattern, this piece is perfectly proportioned in length to be worn untucked for modern, vintage-styled grit. This Work Shirt has numerous and carefully considered construction and design details like the squared shoulder and back yoke panel, which is paired with signature Iron Heart cats eye buttons on the dual patch front chest pockets with pencil slot, comprising a piece for the stylistically sound and self-reliant. Iron Heart Shirting sizing is graded in small increments. The 334-RED runs true to Iron Heart sizing and is made with a once washed, brushed flannel fabric. With regular use, one can expect up to .5-1” of shrinkage in the chest over the long term.
