Japanese Whipcord that's been sanforized and rinsed for a stable shirt designed to evolve with its wearer. Using the new Iron Heart Military Shirt pattern, this piece is perfectly proportioned and designed to be worn through various seasons with vintage-styled grit. The new development of a robust medium weight Whipcord comes with the same dutiful wind and tearproof nature, fashioned after military-grade fabrics made from a hearty 100% cotton hard twisted yarn woven into a twill to create a corded ribbing effect that adds structure while allowing for tonal and textured evolutions through years of hard use. This Military Shirt has numerous and carefully considered construction and design details improving on the original inspiration like the buttoned flap front pleated chest pockets, button front placket, and cuffs using concave military grade melamine buttons. Iron Heart Shirting sizing is graded in small increments. The 319 Military Shirt runs on the small side of Iron Heart sizing and is made with a sanforized, once washed, fabric with all shrinkage removed. With regular use, one can expect little to no stretch or shrinkage over the long term.
