The Iron Heart IHJ-105-IND Selvedge Denim Chore Jacket is an improved, modern version of the workwear original and serves as a heritage statement piece produced from a 14 oz. medium weight, sanforized, and once-washed right hand twill Selvedge Denim from Kojima, Japan. Taken from the classic mid-century industrial work jacket, this pattern features a modified body that's been tailored from the traditional examples with reconfigured pocket placement for a better composition and fit resulting in modern-styled grit. A newer fabric within the Iron Heart collection, this 100% cotton denim is woven via vintage shuttle looming using their signature dual twisted weft yarn method to add structure and a slub texture that softens to the body for a remarkable "least heavy" 14 oz. weight fabric in a medium tension weave that has a natural drape and retains its form through years of wear with unmatched durability and performance. Featuring a rope dyed indigo warp and a natural colored weft with a subtle grey cast over heavy white core yarn, this piece will evolve into a remarkable vintage blue with contrasting fade patterns. Iron Heart Outerwear sizing is graded in small increments. The 105J-IND runs slightly large to Iron Heart sizing and is made with a sanforized, once washed fabric with most shrinkage removed.
