This Seattle based company sources high-quality Arabica coffee beans from around the world and locally roasts them for a rich, full bodied result. After traveling to almost two dozen countries in order to fully understand an assortment of growing and processing techniques, Scott returned to the Pacific Northwest to personally roast beans in the tradition of his mentor Alfred Peet, the founding father of specialty coffee on the West Coast.
