Wesco Jobmaster - Vibram Christy - Black Tie Domain

Jobmaster - Vibram Christy - Black Tie Domain

The Wesco x Division Road Jobmaster in Black Tie Domain leather comes with a Vibram Christy sole to hallmark a quintessential American boot in terms of history, styling, construction, and durability. Designed with Chris Warren, who has been with the company since his youth, we utilized unique details and a Lace-to-Toe Jobmaster pattern to create a workman-styled boot that speaks to the heritage of the West Coast Shoe Company and their stitchdown construction that yields fully re-buildable footwear made for industrial work environments. Lace-to-Toe boots were initially worn by lineman and loggers starting a century ago because the configuration allowed for greater accuracy when adjusting fit, based on the conditions of use, foot swelling, or injury. This piece is constructed with Seidel's venerable Black Tie pull-up domain leather, which combines vintage inspired details like natural leather midsoles, a fully gusseted tongue, nickel eyelets, and a triple stitched upper with a heavy duty natural white contrast thread that relates to the unique double Rapid E stitchdown Jobmaster to create a workhorse that, once broken-in, will wear well for life. Made as an unapologetic work boot to Wesco's century-old standards and customized to Division Road specifications, this Jobmaster is built for framing a house or hiking through the outdoors but also possesses a refined aesthetic suitable for the city.
