The White's x Division Road CF Stead New Rosewood Unicorn 350 Cutter is a 6" Lace-to-Toe pattern inspired by original toe lace logger boots debuted by Otto White in the 1920s that were popular with workmen due to greater accuracy in adjusting fit based on the conditions of use, foot swelling, or injury. This White's collaboration uses a Division Road exclusive New Rosewood Unicorn produced by the storied C.F. Stead, known for making some of the finest leathers in the world. The Unicorn is an aniline-dyed combination re-tannage using hand-selected wild Scandinavian Elk hides that are subtly sanded for a nubuck finish that reveals the remarkable grain characteristics, then treated with a wax coating in the tanning process that yields a matte finish with an added layer of protection to an already robust, yet flexible leather. This boot is designed in collaboration with Master Shoemaker and now CEO Eric Kinney to hallmark the quintessentially Northwest multi-paneled upper that allows for comprehensive rebuilds and pairs with White's exclusive stitchdown construction tradition using their unique hand-sewn and all-leather builds, all refined with our functional design approach that honors the original craftsmanship, history, and lifetime durability with a fresh perspective. This Cutter uses the archival C461 Last in an accommodating E width for a relatable fit for a variety of feet. This vintage work boot Last has an upturned sprung toe with a moderate profile and width throughout and trademark mid-heel height Arch-Ease support, yielding a sophisticated logger aesthetic on a fully functional boot. We exclusively enhanced White's hand-sewn welted methods with a tonally corresponding Natural CXL welt to match the natural finished leather midsole, set atop a Vibram 4014 Christy industrial sole for all-purpose comfort that's combined with a single row, hand-sewn stitchdown to allow greater flexibility and a clean aesthetic for the long haul. Finally, this Cutter comes with a full vegetable-tanned leather lining, an outdoor-purposed fully gusseted tongue, oxidized eyelets, and a leather pull loop finished with a custom White's collar stamp and WB x DR collaboration insole stamp. Made as a hallmark of White's unaltered, hand-sewn traditions and customized to Division Road specifications, this 350 LTT Cutter is made for a life that traverses the woods to the workshop in a polished aesthetic suitable for the street.

We suggest our customers embrace the character, hand-grade details, and variation of this footwear, as that is what makes it special. Sizing

White's sizing is consistent with our old-grade manufacturers, and the C461 Last typically is equal to a White's 55 Last, Viberg, or Tricker's for most feet. Generally, when sizing for White's, we suggest you select a half (.5) size down from a common US boot like Red Wing or Alden or one-and-a-half (1.5) sizes down from a common US sneaker like Nike or New Balance.
